ASH Industries provides creative solutions to production manufacturing challenges. We will evaluate your solid model, print, sketch or prototype and have our engineering and manufacturing teams develop a custom solution tailored to your project. By examining all options ASH is able to minimize lead times, reduce part cost, and decrease the mold pay back period while delivering a superior product that meets the most demanding specifications.
Production Volumes :
ASH Industries runs manufacturing production for projects ranging from a few hundred parts to tens of millions of assemblies in a year. ASH’s involvement in a project may begin with the earliest pencil sketches, or we may adopt existing tooling for quick and seamless incorporation into our production department. We have the resources and flexibility to meet varied demands and will support your project as needs change.

Materials: At ASH Industries we mold a wide selection of thermoplastics and silicone and can help you select the right material for your project. The chart to the right shows a sampling of materials we process, contact us to inquire if your material is not on the list, or if you have your own blend you would like us to mold.
Process and Size Capabilities: ASH experience in molding spans not only markets and materials, but processes and designs as well. Processes include overmolding, insert molding and clean room molding, while part and tool designs run the range of snap fits, internal threads, optically clear parts, hot runner systems and much more. With vertical and horizontal molding machines ranging from 20 tons to 700 tons ASH can mold parts as small as .1 gram and as large as 900 grams.
Quality: As an ISO certified facility providing IQ/OQ/PQ validation with years of audits and training, we know the ultimate judge of quality is customer satisfaction. ASH ensures quality and satisfaction by utilizing purposeful documentation and communication, certified and traceable materials, precision calibrated equipment, process control, inspection and proper handling of products. Any quality standard means little unless customer needs and interest are pursued and we will work with you to develop a quality procedure that provides you with the specifications you desire. |
