These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ashindustries.com (the "Website"), operated by ASH Industries, Inc. ("ASH," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, or by submitting a Website form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Website Use
The Website provides information about ASH. It also allows visitors to contact us, request quotes, ask questions, request a NERD Design Tool, apply for employment, and otherwise communicate with ASH.
You may not:
- Use the Website unlawfully
- Submit false, fraudulent, malicious, or infringing information
- Interfere with Website operation or security
- Attempt unauthorized access to ASH systems
- Introduce malicious software
- Use automated scraping or similar technologies without authorization
ASH may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the Website.
Website Information and Quotes
ASH makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information. However, Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed without notice.
Information concerning manufacturing capabilities, materials, equipment, tolerances, lead times, pricing, or other technical matters does not constitute a binding commitment unless expressly included in a written quotation or agreement issued by ASH.
Submitting a Request for Quote does not constitute acceptance of a project, an offer by ASH, or a contract. Any project ultimately accepted by ASH will be governed by the applicable quotation, purchase order acceptance, agreement, or other written terms between the parties.
Confidential and Restricted Information
General Website forms are not intended for transmitting information that requires confidential treatment or special handling. This includes confidential, proprietary, classified, or export-controlled information, as well as protected health information and other sensitive information.
If your project requires confidential treatment, contact ASH about an appropriate method for sharing the information and, when appropriate, a written nondisclosure agreement ("NDA").
Submitting information through the Website does not, by itself, create an NDA or confidential relationship. If ASH and another party have an executed NDA or other written agreement, that agreement will govern information within its scope.
Do not submit information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), or other applicable export-control restrictions through general Website forms unless ASH has specifically authorized an appropriate method of transmission.

This does not apply to project information you submit in connection with a quote request or project inquiry. ASH will use that information to evaluate and respond to your request, and it remains subject to any applicable NDA or written agreement.

This includes ASH names, logos, text, photographs, videos, graphics, and other original materials. Other trademarks that appear on the Website belong to their respective owners.

NERD Design Tool
Submitting a request for a complimentary NERD Design Tool does not guarantee fulfillment. ASH may determine eligibility, limit quantities, modify or discontinue the program, or decline requests at its discretion.
Recipients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The NERD Design Tool is provided for informational, educational, and promotional purposes. It is not a substitute for project-specific engineering, regulatory, safety, or professional advice.
Employment Applications
Submitting an employment application does not create an employment relationship, employment contract, promise of employment, interview, or guarantee of consideration for a position.
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information and for having appropriate permission to provide professional references.
Privacy
Use of the Website is also subject to the ASH Industries Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
Third-Party Websites and Services

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Relationship to Other Agreements
These Terms govern Website use only. They do not replace or modify an executed NDA, accepted quotation, purchase agreement, manufacturing agreement, or other written agreement with ASH. If there is a conflict regarding the subject matter of such an agreement, the applicable written agreement will control.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. ASH's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
Changes to These Terms
ASH may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above identifies the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
